Where we use AI
AuditArmer uses AI to suggest a category, vendor, and tags for files you upload. The suggestion is a starting point — you can always edit it.
What we send to AI
Only the filename and mime type of your upload, plus an optional hint you type. We do not send the contents of your files to any AI model.
Training
Our AI providers are configured not to train models on your data.
Limitations
AI suggestions can be wrong. Don't rely on AuditArmer's AI for legal, tax, medical, or financial decisions. Always verify important information yourself.
Turning AI off
If our AI gateway is not configured or unavailable, the app falls back to a simple rule based on the filename and still works fully.
