Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 May 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using AuditArmer (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Your account
You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA). You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong password — we require at least 8 characters with a special character.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload illegal content, malware, or content you don't have rights to
- use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- resell the Service without written permission
Your content
You keep all rights to evidence you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide the Service to you. We never use your evidence to train AI models.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing, billing cycle and cancellation steps are shown before checkout. On iOS/Android, billing is handled by Apple or Google per their store rules. See our Refund Policy.
Termination
You can delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonable.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. AuditArmer is a personal organisation tool, not a legal, tax, or evidentiary certification service. We don't guarantee that files stored here will be accepted by any court, insurer, or authority.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditArmer's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer law, otherwise by the laws of Ireland. Disputes go to the competent courts of your residence.
